Gateway Family Services Awards Dinner

Aspire4u provided AV support to Gateway Family Services for their Awards Gala event.

This included lighting, sound, voiceovers, video & data projection and banner printing. We also provided a DJ.

The staff on site at the event worked hard to ensure that our evening went according to plan. The staff made themselves ‘available’ at all times and couldn’t do enough for us.
They were professional, but projected themselves as relaxed and in control. I couldn’t have asked for better customer service from them.

My interaction was mostly with Rich in advance of the event, and again he couldn’t have done any more for us. He gave us as much of his time as we needed, we weren’t rushed through our discussions. He provided reassurance in the run up to the event, and answered all of our ‘silly’ questions happily. Rich went out of his way to make himself available to take my telephone calls – even when he wasn’t really available. Thank you.

We wanted a wow factor and to give the evening a buzz.. this was what we got. The props that were used in the room, the lighting etc were exactly what the evening needed – they really made the room look special.. I was very impressed!! I also personally loved the voiceovers!!

Would use your AV services without hesitation, and would perhaps look at others should we ever have a requirement.
