About
Aspire4u coordinate a range of annual and one off projects for young people aged between 17 – 25
primarily not in employment or education. Ranging from Fashion & Music to Culture & Media, our projects
are varied and imaginative but always promote creative expression. We have an inventive approach to engaging
youth and community, increasing community cohesion, promoting talent and increasing skills in youth.
We invite partners and sponsors to accompany and support us in the events and projects we coordinate on behalf
of the community and youth. We are open to any number of proposals and would be happy to discuss them with you personally.
We offer a variety of benefits to sponsors including:

Youth Development

Aspire4u is devoted to helping to improve the life chances and opportunities of young people. We provide young people with the
opportunity to gain invaluable work experience in the areas of event management, pr and marketing.
Additionally, we assist in improving practical skills such as writing skills, public speaking, organisational skills, interpersonal skills etc.
We work closely with our volunteers and mentor each individual throughout their time with us providing them with the knowledge, skills and experience
to go onto full time employment.
We are constantly recruiting volunteers to take part in our many projects and training programmes. Check the news page to find

S.T.E.M – Study & Train in Events Management
Are you aged 17 – 25? Not in education or full time employment? Want to learn new skills,
increase your confidence & improve your prospects? Are you tired of the same old boring training schemes?
If you can answer yes to all of these questions then the S.T.E.M. programme is for YOU.
The S.T.E.M programme is an opportunity for YOU to gain real hands on experience in event management
whilst learning the theory behind it. Combining both theoretical and practical training the 6 month programme
will provide you with all you need to know to become an event manager.
You will also receive career and personal development support helping you to make yourself more employable
or if you want to set up your own enterprise you will find out what you need to do to make it happen.
There will be a variety of guest speakers on the programme as well as opportunities to work on live events and get real life experience.
It is only one day a week and your travel is reimbursed up to £3.30.

Talent
Do you have TALENT? If so then Aspire4u needs you!
TALENT is an exciting project aimed at improving the life chances of young people by developing their skills and creativity whilst providing a showcase for the arts.
If you have what it takes to be crowned TALENT of the year you will need to submit video, audio or photographs of your talent in order to be selected for the project.
If chosen you will have the opportunity to participate in a series of professionally led workshops and master classes relevant to your talent including fashion design,
catwalk training, vocal coaching, choreography, song writing and more. You will then compete at the TALENT event performing in front of your peers and an industry panel.
Winners will receive industry specific prizes to assist you in your chosen field as well as membership to Aspire4u’s artist database.
