Who We Are

Aspire4u is run by social entrepreneur Daniella Genas who started the organisation in 2007. Daniella has several years experience in Events and Project Management as well as an MA in Media Enterprise. She is supported by 4 executive board members, 3 non executive board members and nearly 30 community volunteers.

The skills & experience of the Aspire4u team span a variety of fields including Events Management, Project Management, Media & Communications, Law, Graphic Design, Web Design and Marketing.

We are a vibrant, creative and hardworking team committed to the aims of the organisation. As a young team we have fresh and exciting ideas with a unique approach to what we do.

What we do

Aspire4u is an Events Management & Youth Training Community Interest Company based in Birmingham.

Aspire4u offer bespoke Event Management services utilising their expertise in events, creative vision & innovative ideas. Aspire4u’s Event Management services also include marketing, pr & design packages suitable for all budgets.

The commercial arm of the organisation delivers creative and imaginative Event Management solutions to corporate clientele. These range from seminars and corporate conferences to office Christmas parties and social functions.

We also provide alternative training and vocational work experience opportunities for young people offering alternative career and life development support.

We pride ourselves on improving the life chances of young people who are often dissatisfied or disengaged with traditional education facilities.

Why we do it

We are committed to changing the life chances of young people through our varying training schemes and community projects. We feel that all young people have the potential to achieve greatness if they are empowered through the appropriate methods. We have found our projects and training schemes to be a great way to engage youths from disadvantaged backgrounds.

By organising memorable, dynamic stress free events for our corporate clients we are able to provide life changing opportunities for the young people we are passionate about helping.
